Nicely renovated modern apartment with small terrace in very center of old town, 5 min. walk from central station

it is 56m2 located on the ground floor with a nice view to the yard.

The location in very center of old town, but accessible by car. A supermarket IKI, pharmacy, ATM are located in front of the apartment. There are the restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, art museum and of course town hall in few meters.
