“We stayed for two days at Mirador del Titikaka and had a wonderful experience.
The location is beautiful, with absolutely stunning views overlooking the area.
Romario and Freddy were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even took the time to give us a tour of the surrounding area, which made our stay even more memorable.
We highly recommend trying the Lomo Saltado—the chef truly knows how to cook, and the food was excellent.
Our dog also loved the stay and especially enjoyed meeting and……
“Room size is large, staff helpful, less than 10 mins walk to the plaza, quite, great hot shower, hair dryer in the bathroom, can also ask for heater.
No elevator.”
“We had a one-night stay here at the end of our trip, and were welcomed by the kindest, most helpful staff, and a clean, comfortable room! The neighbourhood might not look like much, but is actually close to Puno’s two main squares, with great bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“The location of the room was perfect, slightly separate from a lot of the other floating islands and so it felt more secluded. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view in the morning.
We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. ”
“The hotel is right next to Puno mercado. The building isn’t new, but it was warm at night and the water in the shower was hot (no shampoo provided). We enjoyed breakfast and the staff is very caring and easy to communicate. After all, its a budget hotel, and for the money - a great value.”
