"The Caravelle Saigon is a lovely Hotel. We asked for a late check out as our flight back to Sydney was late evening and although the hotel was fully booked out the staff gave us an option to stay in a different room with no extra charge to accommodate our request, which reflects good customer service. The hotel itself is modern and due to its location..right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh, was extremely busy throughout our stay there. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and provide stunning views of the city. Its located just steps away from the Opera House and within walking distance of many of the city’s highlights. The dining options were excellent, from the buffet to the rooftop bar with its breathtaking skyline views. Great Hotel and would definitely recommend *****"

"Staff were efficient and very kind. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area is a great place to relax. The room was very spacious, the bed was enormous! Amenities such as shower gel, shampoo/conditioner all provided. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, so much choice with hot and cold foods. The surrounding area is packed with designer shops, malls and the Ben thanh market is about a 15 minute walk away. There is 7/11 stores/ Circle K convenience stores very close by. Would stay again. "
