The Space:

Holiday house with heated pool for 10 people is located in Farini, a small village near Višnjan and only 10 km from the first beach and the town of Porec.

It consists of two apartments, which are rented as one complex, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

The ground floor has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 single bedroom, living room with sofa bed for two people, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

On the first floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 single bedroom, living room with balcony, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom.

Both apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and washing machine. A large garden with four parking spaces, private pool, outdoor shower, barbecue and covered table provides guests with complete comfort. Relax on the sun loungers by the pool and enjoy the view of the picturesque Višnjan.



POOL NOTICE: Pool heating is available with an additional fee 30€ per day. Please inform us at least 5 days prior to your arrival if you require pool heating. The heating system is turned off when the outdoor temperature exceeds 30°C.



The Neighborhood:

Porec is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Croatia.

The city is almost two thousand years old, located on the coast, protected by the island of Sveti Nikola. In the old town, there is the Euphrasian Basilica from the 6th century, it is one of the most beautiful preserved monuments of early Byzantine art in the Mediterranean. The main streets in the old town still preserve their ancient form and the layout of the ancient Roman castrum. There is also the beautiful Marafor Square with the remains of the Temple of Neptune, the Romanesque house, the Pentagonal Tower, and the Round Tower.

The Poreč region has a 37 km long spread coast, from the river Mirna near Novigrad in the north, to Funtana and Vrsar in the south.

North of Porec, only 9 km away is the Baredine Cave, the only geomorphological natural monument in Istria, and south of Porec at a distance of 20 km is the Lim Bay, the longest Istrian bay, known as a fish and shellfish farm.
