“Our overall experience was disappointing due to misleading information about the thermal pools. We booked the hotel believing the thermal facilities were on-site, which was a key reason for our choice after a 10-hour drive. Only after booking did we receive an email stating that the pools were actually 1.3 kilometers away. By that point—just one night before our arrival—it was too late to change our plans.
