We’re offering an entire two-story house for rent in a quiet residential neighborhood in central Tokyo. The first floor serves as the living area; the garden features camellia trees, and you can enjoy the view while sipping tea at the dining table. The living room features a three-seater sofa and a TV, along with high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils, so you can cook your own meals just as you would at home. There is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a washroom, as well as a washer and dryer. The second floor serves as a relaxation area. The tatami-mat room sleeps 6, and the Western-style room has two double beds for 4. There is also a toilet on the second floor, so you can rest in peace. Just step out onto the street, and you’ll find yourself on Hinode-dori Avenue. From there, it’s a 7-minute walk straight to Higashi-Ikebukuro Station and Gokokuji Station, and if you walk straight ahead, you’ll see Ikebukuro Station. About 750 meters from our facility—a 10-minute walk—is the 60-story Sunshine City building, the Prince Hotel, and the Sunshine City Bus Terminal, where you can catch direct buses to Narita and Haneda Airports. There are also numerous direct buses to tourist destinations such as Mount Fuji and Karuizawa.
