Fully stocked and functioning kitchen, large master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, robes and slippers for your comfort, central A/C, WIFI and smart TVs in every room, as well as window shades on every window for privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, make popcorn, blend drinks, and drink Merlot. Relax and savor the comforts of home with a fully loaded coffee bar, board games, front porch swing and Wii for the kids, or young at heart. Enjoy the fabulous outdoor space with a fully fenced private backyard equipped with a gazebo, picnic table, barbecue, sitting area, and outdoor games including corn hole, horseshoes and more. Take a photo in front of our beautifully painted mural and enjoy your stay at Country Cutie. Centrally located just 1.5 miles to BU, 2 miles to Magnolia Table, 3.5 miles to Magnolia Market, close to Brazos River Walk, Top Golf, Main Event, Cinemax, BSR and so much more.

Things to Note: Home is located in a quiet family neighborhood at the end of the street with Lots of street parking. Like most of Waco, this neighborhood is a mixture of old and new homes. There are quite a few older homes, some rundown, some needing some TLC, but it is fun to drive around and see all the potential "Fixer Uppers" that Chip and Joanna might hit up next.

The house was a great set up. The beds are extra extra soft. Not ideal if you enjoy a firm bed. Other than that, the place is great. Location awesome. Very clean and house is stocked with lots of extras. Would stay again.

The house was a great home base for a stay in Waco: quiet neighborhood, option to park behind locked gate, plenty of room, lots of extras in the well-equipped kitchen & bathrooms. While the house appeared neat & clean in nearly every room, the cleaning service might need to focus some extra attention on sweeping up pet hair, which was found on towels & on bathroom floors. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay, & we would definitely stay there again!

Our host Karen was the best host we have ever had. She provided everything needed and was very quick to respond to our questions. House is very nice. Surrounding area is being revitalized has a few homes that haven't been upgraded yet but all the neighbors were very nice and most just kept to themselves.

Spent the weekend in Waco touring Baylor with my girls and mom and sister. The house was perfect. It was so clean and welcoming and had all the little details you could want. Yes there are some run down houses on the street but that seems to be the norm in Waco, nice redone houses mixed into rundown ones in every neighborhood. The house was very responsive and check in was a piece of cake!

Great Girl's Weekend Getaway!
This was a college reunion trip and this house couldn't have been more perfect. The kitchen was great to stand around and talk in, we watched a movie in the comfortable living room and we each got our own bedroom. The house isn't far from The Silos and Baylor. As the listing states, the neighborhood is up and coming, but it was quiet and the backyard is beautiful.

We absolutely loved staying at the country cutie. The house is wonderful. The neighborhood seems a little rundown at first glance but it was quiet and we loved every minute at the home. It’s super close to all things Waco. The beds are super comfy, and they have loads of amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was absolutely Beautiful and smelled great. Very comfortable. My first thought of the neighborhood was sketchy but actually it was quiet and very pleasant. I would surely stay here again and also recommend it. We were so close to the Magnolia Silos. However if you do stay in Waco,take the WACO TOURS. One of the best tours I've been on. Worth the money.

Central Location
We loved this property. We used this location to celebrate a 30th birthday with a girls weekend. There were 6 in our party and we all had somewhere comfortable to sleep and get ready. The kitchen was amazing! Fully stocked, we lacked for nothing. We did a grocery pickup at the local H‑E‑B, a 10 minute drive from the house. In fact, everything is a 10 minute drive from the house. The central location kept everyone in good spirits for being on the go all weekend. The less time spent in the car the better! Our host was fantastic, she was always in contact with us. The house is in an older neighborhood, we were unbothered by the neighbors. It seemed that the house was in the back of the neighborhood on a quiet street. We went in the middle of a Texas summer so we didn’t get to utilize the backyard much except to take pictures with the cute mural wall. You and your group will love this home!
