Things to Note: Home is located in a quiet family neighborhood at the end of the street with Lots of street parking. Like most of Waco, this neighborhood is a mixture of old and new homes. There are quite a few older homes, some rundown, some needing some TLC, but it is fun to drive around and see all the potential "Fixer Uppers" that Chip and Joanna might hit up next.

We absolutely loved staying at the country cutie. The house is wonderful. The neighborhood seems a little rundown at first glance but it was quiet and we loved every minute at the home. It’s super close to all things Waco. The beds are super comfy, and they have loads of amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for Short Stay in Waco

The house is great for your visit to Magnolia Farms and the Silos. It's equipped with everything you'd expect and more. It's certainly one of the nicer homes on the street, but we didn't have any issues with the neighborhood.

Fantastic property

While the neighborhood is definitely transitional the cottage is fantastic! Super well appointed and all the little “extras” really make this home stand out! Karen kept in touch to make sure our stay was going well. Overall one of the absolute best properties we have rented on VRBO.

Perfect Girl’s Trip

This booking was PERFECT! The location was within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do/see. The house was so clean and everything was just as described. The neighborhood was definitely a mix, as stated, but we felt safe and never had any issue! Cute little spot for visiting all the hot spots in Waco

Great central location for the places we wanted to go in Waco. Home was very inviting, and well put together. Check in and out was extremely smooth and it made the ease of our stay so nice.

very nice place! clean, well appointed, just a few minutes from the university (Law School Graduation) loved the coffee bar and the availability of recycling! lots of cooking dishes, beds were nice. I'd just mention that the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but we had no problems at all not even noise! WIFI was intermittent we assumed due to the recent storms, but no big deal! LOVED YOUR PLACE!! If we are ever in Waco your place would be our first choice!!
