There is no customer service. Tried calling multiple times and they never answered the phone or returned a call. Room key was left in an envelope outside their office with my name. My room had ripped bed sheets, cable and tv did not work. The remotes were dusty and dirty and probably have never been cleaned. Shower curtain was disgusting and ripped. Bathroom water temperatures were difficult to figure out. No ice trays in the freezer. Pool was also not open and is under a tarp. Hotel never mentioned this. Terrible hotel. Not clean. Beds not comfortable. Staff was friendly though. Biggest problem was that when i needed to extend my stay, i discovered that Hotels.com charged close to $150 more than the 380 Inn did per night.
