“環境優美早午餐超正！溫湶浴場亦棒！唯一缺點是週圍環境除咗酒店便沒有其他，酒店內的買賣部太细選擇不多，杯麵、浸溫湶♨️後必飲嘅牛奶都欠奉！幸好的是退房後酒店有免費巴士送我哋去到南海和歌山駅，不用搭公巴，臨開車時還有五名員工鞠躬迎送，非常貼心殷勤！”

“The accommodation is close to Wakayama train station, with offsite car parks. The staff was friendly. There's a convenience store downstairs, and many dining options and department stores near the train station. The room was spacious and clean, however, the conditions of the A/C and the cleanliness of the bidet have room for improvement. The breakfast provided is good and tasty. Overall it is a good place for an overnight stay in Wakayama.”
