"I got there at night and parked in the Roman Road car park. There wasn’t much signposting or lighting (or I didn’t see it!) so walking to the hotel felt a little tricky as I ended up walking on the road. Thankfully it wasn’t far. There was a bit of a long queue at check in, but that was understandable as lots of us from the conference were arriving at the same time. The staff were absolutely lovely and very welcoming, which set a nice tone for the stay. My room was on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of the ICC and the hills in the distance. The sky was clear, so the view stretched far and was stunning to wake up to. The balcony was a really nice touch, and it would have been even better with some furniture to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the morning while taking it all in. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the robe and slippers provided. The bathroom was a great size with both a bath and a shower, and the Elemis products smelled amazing - such a lovely touch. There was only one bedside plug on the right side of the bed, which was slightly inconvenient, but overall the room felt cosy and well thought out. I didn’t get a chance to use the spa and pool myself, but friends did and spoke highly of it. Overall this was a really enjoyable stay in a comfortable and welcoming hotel. A few small improvements like clearer signposting from the car park, extra plugs by the bed and balcony seating would make it even better! I’d happily (& probably will) stay again"

"The hotel feels luxurious whilst also friendly. Our room (junior suite) was amazing, very spacious and quiet. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was large with a bath too!. Location - couldnt ask for better. We will be definately returning."

"I stayed at The Seafront Hotel for a work and overall had an enjoyable stay. The location is excellent — right on the promenade with easy access to the pier, beaches and town centre. Staff were consistently warm and helpful from check-in to breakfast, and the reception team gave useful local tips that made exploring simple. The room was clean and comfortable with a pleasant sea view, and the bed was supportive. Housekeeping were efficient and punctual. Breakfast offered a good range of choices; the cooked options were well presented and the buffet kept replenished."

"Overall this was a great location directly across the street from Cardiff Castle. It was frantic because of the annual half-marathon attended by 29000 people (which we were not aware of at the time of booking) and the lifts were broken, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful. The room was large and everything worked as it should, but the rooms are showing their age a bit. They needed more staff at dinner but food was quite good."
