"I'll start by saying that I'm not a comfortable complainer. I also don't like to leave generally negative reviews, but I can only speak as I find. I've spent a month touring Europe alone on my motorbike so I've spent a lot of time (and money) on various styles of hotels with varying price brackets. "It was a bit difficult to find the lobby, but once we found it, the staff was extremely welcoming and gave us an upgrade to be able to see the runway from our room (which my airplane-loving husband was thrilled about). Great experience all around!"

"Staff were great. Food delicious. No elevator on our side of hotel though and the bathroom layout with the toilet only behind a half wall and curtain was a little too intimate for my taste but maybe other layouts are different. Enjoyed my stay. "

"Good location in the very centre of Truer so decent for food and shopping etc. best to park in the City Parkhoose just nearby as the hotel parking gets full easy and not so easy to park. My room was ok but lacking a lot of comforts, no drinking glasses, no kettle, no fridge and air con just didn’t work or was switched off so the room was very warm and windows only partially open. It’s a fairly standard hotel. "
