“The rooms were clean and the property was a little dated. But it had that German hill vibe that only an older property can have. It was far enough from the village but still walkable. Lots of walking trails and little traffic. Great for people with dogs! ”

The room was simple but very comfortable, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay. Parking was excellent and made coming and going easy, with Metz just a short and convenient drive away. While you do need to take the car to reach a restaurant, there’s a wonderful one about 10 minutes away that’s definitely worth the short trip. Overall, a lovely and well-located place to……

“Toujours le même problème de vétusté…. Cette fois ci pour la chambre/studio numéro 27 . Une serviette pour deux . La lampe se trouvant devant la fenêtre ne fonctionnait pas. À l’accueil pas d’ampoules de remplacement. L’interrupteur de cette lampe se trouve sous le plan de travail et il ne peut pas être remonté . Le radiateur étant allumé toute la nuit il émettait un bruit suffisamment fort pour être réveillé. Je viens parce que non loin de l’autoroute et de la très bonne boulangerie de l’autre……

“Het hotel is oud en armoedig, maar het was wel schoon. Bij heet weer is het niet te doen in de kleine hotelkamer. Wij hadden 2 kamers geboekt, omdat wij aankwamen nadat de receptie was gesloten moesten wij met een code naar binnen. Helaas kregen we met deze code maar 1 kamer toegewezen en moesten wij dus met z'n vieren in dat kleine hotelkamertje. Eén van ons is in de auto gaan slapen omdat het niet te doen was! De volgende dag telefonisch contact gehad, hier werd aangegeven dat we moesten……

“I went for an overnight stay with some friends. The hot water did not work and the hotel description is a bit misleading. I never saw anyone at the check encounter only spoke to someone through the intercom when I needed to gain access to the property. There were no spa options available. There are cafés nearby, but not much.”
