"I booked two rooms for our stay. One was paid at time of booking, the other was to be paid at the property. My mother who was paying for the second room attempted to pay for the room twice, once at check in and once at check out. She was told both time that the room had already been paid for. It had not. Later in the day after check out they charged our credit card. We were also told that we were unable to book two rooms under the same name. That’s fine. However my mother asked for her credit...
