“A charming house in the middle of nowhere. Loved listening to the birds and watching the sheep, rabbits and ducks from the veranda. Fireplace heats though the whole place. We will be back”

“Room was clean and well appointed. I was surprised the shower was over the spa but not unusual for country motels and not a deal breaker. Spa was big and deep, great for a long soak. Key wasn't in the room when we arrived but quickly arrived and staff were helpful and friendly when we had trouble figuring out how to lock the door. Room was quiet and comfortable. Bed was large and met our needs.”

“Beautiful area but was let down on the cleanliness and facilities. The white bedding had brown stains all over and cob webs in the bath room. On multiple websites it stated their was a spa for guest use, despite this not being the case. The info in our room also stated breakfast basket apon arrival as well as spa for guest to use, neither which were true. Little things can make a big impact, for example, it would have been nice when we came to our room after a hot day for the air con to be on,……

“The pictures provided of the property were not what we were greeted with. Pool was closed and extremely run down, room windowsills had a sort of black powder on them, stained pillows on the bed. Wasn’t expecting the Ritz but definitely expected more for the price for one night. ”
