"This was such a great place to stay. It was very conveniently located and well-priced. Lots of amenities onsite, including free laundry service which was awesome for our longer stay. The absolute highlight of this hotel though and why we would so highly recommend it was the staff. They were unbelievably helpful, answering all of our many questions, giving us tips and directions as well as support whenever we ran into any issues. They were also just so so kind and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"It was our first time visiting Beijing and the hotel is very centrally located to shops, restaurants, and famous sites to visit, and very walkable area. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff, and the lobby was very grand and provided a luxurious atmosphere. My sister, her husband, and I stayed in two different rooms in the older building of the Neo property so that room furniture and bathrooms were a bit dated, but the rooms were large with a living room and bedroom, air conditioned, and cleaned thoroughly. The amenities such as slippers, robes, shampoo/body wash products were high quality. When we checked-in, the reception staff had limited English speaking skills, but there were two staff members who had stronger English conversation skills that were excellent and provided exceptional service. There was a blonde European woman, Ksenia, in the reception desk who directed us towards the correct elevators to our rooms, spent extra time to provide walking instructions to restaurants and sites in the area. We are so thankful to her and she really showed a high level of service. Also, Coolio in Concierge was super helpful and professional, he registered us for Tiananmen square, ordered cars, and provided advice whenever we needed. The hotel was very well maintained, centrally located, and most staff provided great service. I would stay in this hotel property again when visiting Beijing."

"Crowne Plaza Zhongguancun is higher quality than comparably priced hotels in the area. It is spotless, has beautiful decoration, and the rooms are clean, nice, and quiet. The fitness center is high quality and well maintained. The breakfast is better and more fresh than other comparably priced hotels in Beijing. What really stands out is the service. Head concierge Joseph Du is extremely sharp and communicative, and is able to arrange just about anything you need. He may be the best head concierge I have ever encountered. The staff has good English skills and are also very sharp; if you speak Chinese, all the better - they have impeccable customer service. Would definitely recommend Crowne Plaza Zhongguancun to others!"
