“This is an amazing place to stay. We traveled to OR for an event we had to attend. By choosing this VRB it turned into a weekend getaway. Believe all of the positive reviews. This is an excellent, clean, convenient, relaxing, beautiful place to stay. The room was perfect for us. Very comfortable bed. Immaculately clean. Had everything we needed. The animals were a bonus. I will recommend this to everyone. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations!”

“Our stay was good, that being said. It’s listed as being secluded and private. It’s far from private and only secluded because of the location. The need to list that the hot tub is not private and it is not next to the house.. it’s across the muddy pine needle filed parking area and down a muddy trail. The hot tub is a great feature, but if your looking for seclusion and privacy.. this may not be the place for you. The house has a spa bathtub, that would be great if the neighbors construction……

“We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property.”

“Great house well-equipped for large groups. The house was super comfortable with spaces and entertainment for adults and kids. The kitchen is very well equipped despite not having a stove/oven, and it’s clear the owners have put in every effort to make sure you have everything you need. We mostly missed out on the absolutely beautiful mt. hood views due to rain - I guess we’ll have to visit again soon!”

“The property is very "HGTV" and fun looking. Space was clean, organized, and well stocked. Only "minus" is the proximity to a rather busy road, but then it's also a short trip to coffee and restaurants.”

“I loved this little cabin for the super convenient access to timberline. 25 minutes away. It's also close to some great hikes and hot springs! The cabin itself was very cozy and had everything you could need, besides food and water. Plenty of blankets and pillows, all kitchen appliances work. The bed was comfortable! Overall super easy and awesome place to stay.”

“Cozy little cabin that's perfect for a couple or small group looking to hunker down during the wet months. We wanted a nice quiet cabin to spend a weekend reading and relaxing in front of a wood fire, and we got it! The cabin is rustic but comfortable, though if you're looking for privacy, probably best to look elsewhere. If the weather had been drier we'd have taken advantage of the lovely firepit outside and/or the riverside hangout area that's just a 50-yard walk from the back door. The……

“Came in for only one night but had a great time in the area. Place is small but perfectly sized for 1 or 2 and tucked into a quiet side street off the main highway. Good local spots nearby and Mt Hood is maybe 15-20 min drive.”

“Very nice house in a beautiful, quiet location. The house is older, but well maintained with beautiful decor. The kitchen is well stocked, but the bathrooms were limited.. no hairdryer, or soap in the showers. The TV had a glitch, it worked but was sort of irritating to watch because of the glitch. Overall we truly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again.”

“Great, family friendly lodge! We had a great time. It was a holiday weekend, so as expected the wait times / getting ahold of room service was pretty tough, but again - absolutely to be expected. The prices are a little rough for drinks, etc. but honestly the convenience of having everything right there is pretty great. My only true complaint is that our room was super hot and I am sure because they were busy, we couldn’t get ahold of front desk. The bed is also comparable to sleeping on the……

“Staff was friendly, good view, just you pay for the bathtub and any extra service you would like. The only restaurant around is the Elk Ridge so be prepared for that. Room was good and clean. ”
