“We really enjoyed our family trip to Michigan. The location was perfect right on the water with easy access to the pontoon we rented with the house. Plenty of room for my family which includes myself, my husband, and our two teenagers. The beds were comfortable, couch was large and comfy as well. “Upon arrival we noticed the yard had not been mowed. Once we entered the house we discovered that the back door was left open. Touring the house we noticed the locked supply closed was left open and windows cleaner left in the living room..After all that our stay was nice.”

“There's Nothing I can say bad about this little hidden gem in the Coloma? Hagar Shores area. Very clean. Perfect size for a couple with a few kids, or a few friends just out to have fun ad explore all the great little restaurants, breweries, distilleries, beaches and the many quaint little towns all along the coast of S.W. Michigan. Steve the host. I cant say enough about his immediate responses to any of our questions. Such a lovely host. I would definitely recommend this little hidden gem……

“The whole family was very happy with this house! Very clean, quick responses from the owner, well stocked kitchen and the hot tub was a great extra with it being chilly out. Very quiet area and an easy drive to downtown. Being October, we had the beach to ourselves so that was nice. The beach was our kids favorite thing, even built sandcastles :) We will definitely keep this as an option for future visits to the area!”

Between all of the little notes and even the small things like labeling the light switches this should be an example of how a rental experience should be. The house sits in the no wake portion of the lake, and there was a pontoon party a few houses down. “This little cabin was very clean & cozy. It was close to 2 state park trails that we enjoyed since we are hikers. A little cool & windy but we still enjoyed the beach. And also close to the downtown area. We enjoyed dinner at Clementines & breakfast at Six Chicks.”

“We love the house and the back yard. The house was very clean and tidy and also adorable. Also, there were beach towels and beach chairs which was fantastic! We certainly used them on the beach. We were in town for a wedding and it was a very comfortable place for us to stay and easy access to where we needed to be.”
