“This was a nice comfortable place to stay while fishing in the area for the weekend, as the weather did not cooperate it was nice to know there was pleasant place to go back to.”

We appreciated the swimming pool and hot tub! We have younger grandkids and they LOVED swimming in the pool!”

“Our mother passed in WI at age 100. She was born and lived in Florence area. She later resided in Gillett WI at an assistive living near where I live. We wanted to rent something that would accommodate all of us in one location. It was perfect. Thank you for the early check in.”

“This very-well priced and appropriately appointed cabin will not disappoint! Great location right on the water and a very nice dock including good fishing from shore! Kevin is the owner and was a very gracious and accommodating host all the way through from questions up front, to even coming over to borrow me some ketchup/mustard I forgot to pack - it made our lakeside dinner of freshly grilled burgers from his Weber so much better as we enjoyed a nice bonfire overlooking the lake. “Myself and a few buddies came out to duck hunt and really enjoyed the house. The house had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again.”

“In town for a family graduation celebration. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice and beautifully decorated. Wonderful views of the lake. Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken during our stay- but we were able to use the hot tub. We had plenty of bath linen but ran low on a few other things such as dish soap, dish towels, paper towels, and TP. Overall, it was a great spot for my family and we’d love to stay again.”

“This rental is likely significantly nicer than any hotel in the area (according to the friends that stayed in the hotels). It is spacious, beautiful high ceilings and has all of the kitchen, bath and linen needs taken care of. The host was very quick to respond. It is located in a great spot near a brewery and a school with a playground.”

“Pros: spacious, open kitchen and living space. Adequately supplied kitchen dishes and pans. Nice deck with comfortable chairs. Large stone patio with firepit. Awesome view of lake. Liked being able to dock pontoon during the day. Cons: dog hair on floor and couches. It's advertised as pet friendly, but traces of pets should be cleaned up before next renter. No dishcloths and only one dish towel. Needed to wipe out fridge drawers before using. No ceiling lights working, except over kitchen sink.……

“This is a great property for a fishing trip. We were able to access the lake from a private boat ramp in the development. The cabin was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The garage converted to a man cave was perfect for drying out our frozen gear. I would recommend it to others.”

“The owner contacted me the day ahead of our trip and mentioned they had heavy rain in the area that flooded the house of this property and there was a slight musty smell. He offered another larger home he owned in the same town for the same price. We took him up on the offer and it worked out great! These are older homes, so don't expect perfection, but overall they are clean with very comfortable beds. I would suggest to the owner maybe have a few more spices to cook with, and coffee on hand,……

“Went on an ice fishing trip with the guys & teenage boys: 15 of us in all. The kitchen, commons, bathroom & sleeping accommodations worked out well. Liked that a few of us could go on the ice to fish and we didn't need to pack things up and drive, while the others were in the lodge. Thanks again!”
