“The house was excellent, once we got into the house. Due to our flight being delayed we didnt get to the house until about 2 am. The code we were given did not work. We called the emergency number and after several calls we did get a real person. It still took 3 new codes, us sending a video of us putting in the code twice. At 3:15 am we did get into the house. It was clean and all was fine from there. ”

“The management company was responsive and kind through their communication. - the house smelled rotten when we got there; the dishwasher was letting out a horrible smell and it would not turn on so we couldn’t use it at all even just to try to get rid of the smell- the pool heat did not work; after lots of back and forth, they did return our 350 but it would have been nicer to have heat- there is 1 king bed, not 3.
