"酒店位置比较偏，在城区外的山区，是个度假的好去处，周围环境不错！酒店看着很新，设计也不错。但是服务不敢恭维！ 假期出游开的新能源汽车，办入住时前台告诉我，酒店停车场的充电桩有些不好用，让我自己去逐个试试。结果是有3辆车占用了3个，其余的充电桩全都不能充电。没办法，只好第二天去城区找充电站充电。 房间里没有冰箱，凯悦旗下的度假酒店居然是这这样的硬件设施。 "

"This stay was just one night. It was just ok, but you can expect more from a 4\* property. Supposedly clean rooms, however when you look more thoroughly you'd see a lot of dirtiness (air con was plagued with fungus and full of dust, same goes with lamp tops in the rooms and bathroom). The worst experience, however, was the breakfast - not only the food was bad and cold, there was no butter at all, the tea from the machine squirted a dirty brown water instead of tea... The carpet in the breakfast...

"Check in to the hotel is efficient. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, even went all out to assist me in booking a last minute driver to Yunmen Mountain. Housekeeping staff are very on the ball to keep the room clean and neat. They even prepared fruits and yoghurt daily for the guests. Hotel even prepare special gifts daily. "It is generally ok except the unprofessional front desk service. When I checked in around 10m late night, I was asked 2-3 times which companies I was from, I replied just check name but the front desk kept asking, which was a bad experience. In addition, the staff who served check-in had no name tag. When I asked is there any chance I can get updated on high floor lake view. The reply was: no, you must stay the room you booked. Wow, a great check in experience. "
