Great location, manager helped me out with some local knowledge about going down to the Gorge amphitheater. He also gave me a charger for my AirPods told me to keep it, And the breakfast is basic but free, overall well worth the money spent.
Air conditioning was effective but really loud which made it hard to sleep so I ended up turning it off and luckily the room was not too hot. Also the fridge kicked into condensation mode at one point which was also loud and the toilet also seemed to make a loud sound at one point in the middle of the night. Fortunately the beds were comfortable enough and I didn't wake up with a backache.
It was cheap and I can see why now. We entered the room and it smelled like someone had died there and they'd heavily disinfected the room. We sat there for 5 mins before we decided to book into the coast opposite. We left without saying goodbye.
The picture of the bike trail etc...super misleading!!! A bunch of druggies live there and are noisy alllll night long with the door slamming 20 times during the night. UGH
This is a great little no frills motel. Owners are very welcoming. Rooms and property are extremely clean. Great location and there's a pool. This was a nice quiet place to rest after the festival at the Gorge.
The room wasn't clean. There was mold in the "What to Do" book located in the desk drawer. All the surfaces were streaked and had a greasy film. I wasn't willing to spend the night. The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Expedia was great to refund my money and help me find another room at a clean hotel.
We walked into the room and immediately saw that there was no way we were sleeping there. There was visible pee on the floor beside the toilet, the floors look like they hadn't been swept in a long time, there was debris everywhere, there were dirty spots on the sheets, juice ring stains on the coffee table. Overall the room was dirty and disgusting. The rooms outside appearance was deceiving. We talked to the owner John about getting a refund because we were not staying there, he was understanding and directed me to call Expedia to ask for a refund so I did and they then called John and confirmed that he was willing to refund us. It all worked out in the end however we had to scramble to find another hotel that had availability that evening yet so the whole thing was inconvenient. We felt that the inn was falsely advertised; the pool was broken when it said on the website it was working, the rooms looked in better shape on the photos then in person. Overall a bad experience and would not recommend this place. At least the owner john was willing to give a refund back, he was chatty and friendly enough, the front office smelled like weed when we walked in and everything just seemed a little sketchy. 0/10 stars.

The rooms seem updated sans carpet, clean, great shower with a window, and better than average soaps. Front desk gentleman friendly and professional.
Some pillows and bedding need updated in my opinion.

Our room was dark, beds were hard, floor was sticky, and towels were disgustingly stained and thin. Breakfast advertised as being available at 8am but was not. Price and location (short walk to the Convention Center) are very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. However we will not stay here again.

Excellent staff great location. Will stay again. I’d say a picky person might not be happy here but we are not picky. Plus the desk manager was super accommodating and good vibes all around.
John, the front desk manager was somewhat helpful--but the hotel was a rough experience. I'm actually surprised it was advertised on Expedia. The rooms were of a suspeciously low-cleanliness level with an overpowering smell of lysol and chemical cleaning product. The bathrooms did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned and the toilets barely worked (3-4flushes to get them to fully flush). Rooms were dim with most of the light bulbs removed and used improper wattages.
Only stayed one night out of 5 due to cleanliness issues and smell. Also multiple other guest would congregate in the breeze ways right out side the door and window of our room to smoke (not 25') and no in a designated smoking area.
The listed included breakfast was only coffee and some donuts. and the front desk is only open at odd times.
Do not recommend--there are better places to stay for the same price. Also don't prepay your stay. You'll never get your money back if you end up leaving early.
A very convenient and comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and quiet.

The customer service was great as was the location. However, that was the only good thing. We had to ask for additional towels as only 1 set was provided for two people; there was no coffee in the room nor ice bucket. The description of the hotel said breakfast was provided, however, there was no breakfast and the office was closed when we tried to find it.
We then noticed that the towels were used/stained. The floor in the bathroom was filthy and ants were seen. Dust coated the back top of the headboard. Our feet were sticking to the floor in the main room. After walking around in white socks, the bottoms were brown. Pulling back the covers on the bed revealed sheets that didn't look too clean. Luckily, we had extra blankets in our car, and we slept on and under those. We also noticed an outlet hanging out of the wall.
We were both grossed out by the room and couldn't wait to get home and take showers and wash all our clothes and blankets.
Staff was friendly. The room was okay. Not the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever seen but for the price it wasn’t bad. Sheets were clean and soft. Parking was easy and location was ideal for downtown.
Got upgraded to a king bed, so I thought it would be really nice. But the floor was sticky and so dirty that our feet were completely coated. The towels were clearly not clean. Comforter on the bed had a big stain on it. Toilet was tiny. That said, the AC worked great, TV and lights all function, mini fridge worked, etc. About what you might expect from this dollar amount for a hotel. Parking is free and easy to access. Wrong season to use the pool so I can't review that. Overall 2 out of 5, but that's what we paid for.
I only stayed one night so i just wanted a place to sleep so went for low price. Its not in the better part of town and from the outside, it looked like an old hotel. The man at the counter was super nice and we chatted for while. The room was recently renovated and was quite nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the area was quieter than i expected. I didn't even check to see if they had any breakfast. i got up early and left.
