“I booked because it looked beautiful in the photos, but when we arrived, we were greeted by a disheveled man in a torn shirt who looked like a homeless person; he turned out to be the receptionist. He gave us the key, and it turned out the bathroom was shared with other rooms—something not mentioned when I booked. We decided to leave and look for a place in better condition. Honestly, I do not recommend it at all. I lost my money. Very bad place. I wish can I have my money back.”

“I had stayed at one of the properties before and liked it. This visits was very different in quality. The house was not very clean. We found chips on the floor and the refrigerator smelled like the catch of the day was stored in it. They sent someone to clean it out again once we complained but they had to send someone again the next morning because the smell would not go away.
The pool was dirty but they sent someone to clean it the next morning. The anchoring for the glass on the porch ……
