"Wonderful hotel…except there is no elevator! King bed room is extra large…not much decor..nothing fancy…it is clean! Top floor has nice views of the ocean but those stairs… There is a luggage elevator. "

"Stayed there 4 nights during the Bluegrass festival in Manteo. It was very comfortable and clean with a microwave and fridge in our room. The place is a bit worn, but not terrible. It was a good value at approximately $75 per night."

"It was a great location and blocked from the wind as we had a high winds during our stay. The side view was perfect to enjoy the balcony still. The luggage lift is amazing to bring items up. The actual condo is a bit dated, and the lock on the sliding door to the balcony no longer works as it’s rusted. This caused a bit of nerves having small kids they do have a blocking rod but a lock and rod would ease my anxiety. Anna who helps to manage the property was spectacular as she just happened to pull in as we did and I asked her a question. She was so nice and gave us great information. Overall the condo was a perfect location and so relaxing and easy going. "

"Can’t go wrong with beach front but the owners/managers of the property were really the best. Mike was so kind and easy to work with. We were here for our wedding at the pier and ended up having a decent amount of it upended by the weather. Mike was super kind and flexible with us using the condo. He even helped a couple other guests find it. The main bed/bath is sizeable and very cozy. We never stay ocean front so it was such a treat having this balcony and the nice furniture out there. All the amenities, WiFi, laundry, kitchen appliances worked great and made it feel like a home. Already looking to book out for the next couple of anniversaries!"

"On the heels of a tropical depression we could not have asked for more beautiful weather! We requested an early check in, just in case we got down early. Location was perfect for the restaurants we go to most and areas the husbands like to fish in! Excellent long weekend, thank you!"
