About this property
Electricity Included in rental price!
- Most owners charge a fee over a certain amount of electricity used per day on the island. WE DO NOT DO THIS. We simply ask that you turn off the Air Conditioners when you leave the Condo due to such high energy costs on the island.
Piscadera Harbour Village Beach Resort is our home away from home. The beach is a short walk with crystal clear water. SCUBA and snorkeling lovers will be in Heaven.
Pirates Bay beach club restaurant and other attractions are all located right here. The condo is on the ground floor and has a balcony view of the forest. The infinity pool in the resort is beautiful and newly retiled.
Otrabanda is a quick car ride, where you can park and walk to all the shops and to Punda, or you can bike down JFK blvd on the beach front and all the way to Punda.
