“We booked this room to stay two nights and although we weren't refunded our money for the second night, we still opted to go elsewhere for the second night and checked out early. The bathrooms are in dire need of a face lift. The tub and shower are dated and need to be replaced. There were notable cracks in the seal between the wall and the window. The entire place smelled like stale cigarettes and that's taking account for the terrible air quality due to the wildfires in Canada. The beds are……

“We stayed for our anniversary weekend and made the most. Our issues in life’s a bar that did t have a license, two terrible chairs in our room that should be in the garbage. I reached out to staff and no one bothered to reply. Very disappointing weekend considering the lobby is very nice.”

“Staff was super friendly and helpful. Carpet in room had a sticky area, brought it their attention and it was cleaned before we returned. Ice machine and water fountains need a good scrubbing to get rid of mold and hard water build up. Carpets (in room and hallways) all need to be deep cleaned and or replaced. Breakfast was hot with many options. However they only had decaf coffee available.”
