The hotel overbooked their rooms, and didnt inform me. We drove 13 hours to find that they had no room for us. We didnt get a courtesy call even though I called them ahead of time to ensure they'd be fine with a late check-in.
The staff was not helpful, and tried to pass the buck onto the other hotel that they booked us into. We were charged the same amount even though it was a less desirable hotel.
