"The experience at SUN 1 Berea for 3 days, was highly uncomfortable, discouraging and shocking. I had booked the three days stay for my brother and his family. The room on the first floor, had no good ventilation as the air conditioner was not functioning, TV remote also had problems and not even a small table fridge was present in the room etc.\[ No intercom in the room, so for every problems or complaints, you needed to leave your room and report to the reception to formally lodge such...

"This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. It must be a 2 stars boutique homestay instead. Room is too small for 2 king bed. Bathroom is too small with old shower stall. Old furniture and squeaking wood floor. Felt unwelcome by the management. Definitely not happy stay and not recommend to others. "
