“So much of this trip was ideal. From attentive communication to easy check-in to a gorgeous setting, we appreciated it all. Take care with the driveway as rain has washed some small places away. Slow and steady. Location is ideal for a quick trip to Charlottesville or Shenendoah National Park. The restaurant on nearby Lydia mountain has solid offerings and rockstar patio views. “Check-in was easy, kitchen was well-stocked, WiFi was great. Bedrooms were really nice and the Master Bedroom mattress was perfect. We had a great stay and enjoyed having our two dogs with us. ”

The house was filled with magic and wizardry everywhere even cute miniature LOTR/Hobbit characters hidden in the walls. Then, the screened in porch and patio were perfect for morning coffee and 1st breakfast. So close to hiking, caverns and wineries, but yet you feel away from all the hustle that life fills you with.
