“Great place to stay in New Orleans. Walking distance to restaurants and the French Quarter. Stayed during July 4th weekend, and found the walls are thin and can hear the very loud neighbors and smell their marijuana/cigarette smoke. Beds were comfortable, extra linens and towels were available, all kitchen items supplied. Would stay here again.”

“Property was largely as described. We thought it listed a washer/dryer but didn’t see one on property. The location was great for being close to downtown NOLA. Nice room arrangement for a family of five, especially with two bathrooms. Very clean and tidy. Kitchen was one of the most well stocked we have had in a VRBO. The only downside was that there were bad temporary guests upstairs, which made for an unpleasant night, but the owner was very helpful and quick to sort it out. Would definitely……

The air conditioning unit was inoperable, leading to an uncomfortably high indoor temperature that surpassed the external temperature. Furthermore, all windows were sealed, preventing any natural ventilation. We also noted the presence of multiple ants and two sizable cockroaches within the room. Upon reviewing previous guest feedback, it appears that similar concerns were raised two months prior, at which time……
