The Garden Hotel Guangzhou - Discover 26 cultural treasures with hotel Golden Tour Guide
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful hotel lobby and gardens!
Plentiful staff to assist.
It’s such a lovely place with people at all hours too!
Rooms are good, I’d suggest you book one of their newer style rooms though.
Breakfast is good but way overpriced at 228rmb per person per day."
"Good location, great design, helpful staff always ready. Good value.
What could be improved:
The Shenzhen location is better. The Guangzhou location doesn't provide refrigerators in the room. People will take your clothes out of the laundry and dryer. In Shenzhen you can monitor your laundry on the television channel. In Shenzhen they provide you with snacks and drinks every day.
Although it is a non-smoking hotel, cigarette smoke can be smelled regularly. If you aren't providing refrigerators in the rooms, you could provide ice on each floor. Instead of bottled water, they should have a filtered water tap to reduce the amount of plastic used. "
"This was actually my second booking at this hotel, and I’m happy to say the experience was just as good as the first time. The staff were, once again, incredibly friendly and helpful - they even allowed an early check-in, which I really appreciated.
The room was clean, comfortable, and free from any cigarette smell, which is a big plus for us. Breakfast was included and generous, and the overall service felt consistent with my previous stay.
Just like before, the small lane leading to the hotel has a bit of an odor, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet and very comfortable. The location is super convenient, right in the middle of a walking street with easy access to food and shops.
I’d definitely recommend this place and will keep coming back whenever I’m in the area."
"Team of staff are attentive, professional and helpful. Shirley sun from house keeping has kept our stay very comfortable. She provides excellent service. The staff at the cafe during voco time gave us excellent service and we were about to order Chinese food to consume on top of our complimentary high team. The young man, can't remember his name at the counter could even recognize us as regular customer and help us with the menu our last day there."
