The bathroom was compact and it had an all in one basin and shower unit. The rainfall shower was pretty powerful but the floor remained wet for a while. There were mugs and a hot water machine, but no coffee or tea was provided. It is a shame that there was no breakfast. It is quite expensive for what is offered. "I stayed for 14 nights. The host is kind, helpful and most welcoming. She cares for all guests in a motherly way. The guesthouse is clean and well managed. The breakfast is nice with coffee, self-made marmalade, egg and toast, yoghurt and cereals. The rooms are spacious and have TV and many power outlets to charge electrical equipment. The location is very close to shops, restaurants and bus stops. I can recommend the guesthouse for short and long stays, single or group travellers. "

Cons: The pictures I looked at online were little different from the actual place I stayed at. Therefore, the sincerity was little questionable. "The location was good. The place seems to be nice in the past but terribly kept. Our room has molds as shown in the pictures. The AC in one of the rooms didn’t work so it was bad and we had to demand to be moved (temperature was 41C) Beds weren’t the most comfortable but we stayed for night so we survived. Definitely wasn’t worth the price. But I think if they just do some renovations it will be okay. "

"This is a great hotel for surfers. Hajodae has waves right across from El Mar. Jukdo is close. Yangyang area is the better surfing beach area of Korea. This hotel is not for someone looking for Hilton or Hyatt style places. It is minimal but comfortable enough. I would stay here again. "
