"객실내부 청소상태는 좋았고 침구류 및 가구도 깔끔했습니다 호텔같지 않고 아파트같은 분위기?? 욕실마감재도 고급스러운 분위기가 있었어요 발코니의 자쿠지는 생각보다 너무 좋았고요 스파기능이 좋았어요 다만 유리난간의 청소상태가 너무 않좋았고 세탁기와 인덕션 사용이 안되는건 아쉬웠습니다. 편의시설이 편의점 한곳인건 개 선이 시급한부분같고 옥상수영장도 운영이 안되고 식당도 없고… 지금 호텔영업을 하는게 맞나?? 하는 생각이 드네요 내년에는 개선된 모습을 기대해 봅니다"
