I had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating. A special thank you to Edgar, who made every breakfast such a pleasant experience with his outstanding service. I'd also like to recognize the lovely lady with braces who worked during breakfast—I unfortunately didn't catch her name, but she was just as wonderful.
The breakfast itself was exceptional, with fresh, high-quality food and plenty of delicious options. It was honestly one of the highlights of my stay.
The facilities were outstanding. The pool and gym were both fantastic, well-maintained, and made my stay even more enjoyable. My room completely exceeded my expectations—it was incredibly spacious with beautiful high ceilings and the most breathtaking view. It felt luxurious, comfortable, and relaxing in every way.
One of the things I loved most was the location. The resort is within walking distance of so many excellent restaurants, the Opera, and Republic Square, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area on foot.
I genuinely enjoyed every single second of my stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. In fact, I would only stay at this resort when visiting again.
My only suggestion would be to consider offering on-site hairstyling services as part of the spa or wellness facilities. It would make the experience even more convenient and complete for guests.
