Didn't go in, but the building is lovely.

There are several sculptures and fountains on the exterior levels of the Cascade Complex. There are superb views of Central Yerevan and Mount Ararat on a clear day or early morning.

The inner levels are the Cafesjian Museum of Art, and there are escalators between each level.
