“Room cleanness was a big issue.
The first day, we found insects in the bed, behind the pillows. Three and big ones.
We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal.
Sofa was not clean also. It s black and blue so dirt can not be seen, but the moment you seat on it, your full body will be itching. Even in the bed that was the same thing, so we had to remove the full bedsheets and ask to……

“Our room was immaculate with a fantastic view from floor 11. The staff were helpful and the location was good. Breakfast was adequate, slightly less options than I'm used to at a hotel, but perfectly reasonable.
The swimming pool was lovely and much appreciated. Pizza at the poolside restaurant was also delicious. All in all a great 3 nights.”
