“Super Good overall. Did the Husky self drive, it was great with a great Husky farm: Matara Creek. Hotel was great overall, Spa, breakfast, services. I recommend to drive or to plan your activities with the hotel as this is 45 min from the city center. ”

Man hatte alles was man benötigt (Kaffee, Tee, Kakao, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Seife, Duschgel, Toilettenpapier, Föhn) und die Vorräte wurden bei Bedarf neu aufgefüllt (ohne Anfrage). Das Frühstück war super und wurde jeden morgen aufs Zimmer geliefert (Saft, Obst, belegte Brötchen oder Croissants und Gebäck). Der Selbst Check-in und Check-out war simpel und schnell und ohne lange Wartezeiten. Wir……

“Staff at the reception of Hotel Santa Claus are nice and helpful. The room in Hotel Rudolph is basic but clean and tidy. But the bathroom is really a problem. From the design of the room, it can tell that the room is for people with mobility problem so it is not suprised that the bathroom will be an accessible bathroom. But the curtain is unable to block the water when bathing, as a result, the floor of the bathroom is all wet.”

We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all. The apartment is very nice and the location good. The beds were grubby and needed changing no clean sheets the food served was not up to standard the manager said he had lost his staff before we arrived they all took Christmas holidays entertainment was a pool table we had to rely on trips to the main Santa Claus village on a 140 kilometre round trip……
