"It was my GF first birthday trip staying at Eaton HK hotel and it was truly an unforgettable experience! On the very first day of my stay, I was surprised to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake waiting for me in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel incredibly welcomed and appreciated. A big thank you to the staff Chibi Cheng, who took the time to prepare the cake, your kindness and attention to detail meant a lot to me. "This hotel is perfectly position for a layover, it is a stone throw away from the airport via the airport ecpress train which cost $7 hk and a 3 minute walk from the train station, it is clean with good amenities, the room is compact but was sufficient"

"Room was a good size with very comfy beds, a choice of pillows, mini fridge, full size bath towels, and great water pressure. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is attached to a large mall with many dining options. Good for families or those who want to shop. "
