“The room was clean however the overstuffed chair was dirty , the air conditioner was loud room had a misty smell . Staff was nice and friendly however got woken up 6:30an by upstairs room 2nd floor above us since I was in the first floor, sound like gymnastic or bounce park . We had got in late the night before how can people not have consideration of others I understand having kids contained a small area for a few hours can get a little boring ,but be mindful of others. “Our first contact was with the receptionist, and she was amazing. She helped us get a downstairs room because my mom is ADA, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, and the beds were spotless. Let me tell you, my mom and aunt absolutely loved it. They both worked as housekeepers in major casinos in Las Vegas, so they know exactly what to look for when checking a room. They both agreed this place did an excellent job. We will definitely be coming back in July!”
