“Everything is to enjoy at this hotel. Staff is kind, helpful, friendly. Parking could not be easier (in front of the hotel), To beach, just go down some stairs. My husband needed a cough medicine; the pharmacy was a two-minute walking. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and there are a few other restaurants around if you want a change. “Krassi ist eine sehr aufmerksame, nette und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin. Parkplätze sind gleich in der Nähe (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Allerdings muss man bedenken, dass es (bedingt durch die Altstadt) viele steile Treppen zu erklimmen gibt, bevor man das Hotel erreicht. Dafür wird man mit einer traumhaften Aussicht belohnt.”

“The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. The parking is not available for all guests, you can’t even reserve a space before arriving so we were supposed to pay on the Nesebar parking for our car for 7 days. The food was mid, as the staff and cleanliness. The all inclusive was good because you have food available all of the time, but the quality was low. We were staying for 7 days, and……
