"The property is dated. It’s a three star compared to all inclusive in Mexico for example. The room layout was fine. Air conditioning was on constantly but couldn’t bring temperature below 22.5 on the thermostat. The sheets were moist with humidity. We were sweating inside the room. I asked for a fan and this was provided right away. The electric kettle had to be changed twice but was replaced immediately. An iron was provided on request. There were ants everywhere. I reported it....

"The staff were very friendly, in particular Joe the entertainment guy. Very very disappointed that it does not state that it is a residential/care home, made us feel very uncomfortable as they would sit and stare and point whilst unattended and when they were attended to we didn’t want to be relaxing by the pool whilst the elderly would be pushed around in wheelchairs by the nurses, due to this property been a care home we feel that the entertainment was very poor, we also feel very unhappy to...

"We stayed at Diar Lemdina as a family of 6 and were upgraded to a family apartment. It is conveniently located near the beach with access to shops, cafes and restaurants. The theme park is also great too. The main swimming pool does get quite busy, however, you do have access to 3 other pools including a quiet indoor one. The food does change regularly and the customer service from the waiters is excellent. "
