"The room was great, and the staff at the front desk, concierge, and restaurant were all excellent. We stayed for 4 nights, the male restaurant manager helped to reserve the same table for dinner, and the female manager brought us sliced lemons at breakfast. In the elevator, the cleaning lady reminded my husband to bring a jacket when out since it started to get windy out. Both breakfast and dinner buffets with a wide variety of dishes, and the food was excellent, very unique desserts. Hotel offers free shuttle to ferry terminal, luggages check-in at terminal, ferry direct to Hong Kong airport, very convenient. We had a great time staying. "
