very well located in the heart of bustling Pordenone. They need to get rid of the carpeted rooms or upgrade them. Staff was very friendly. Free parking!!!

Exceptional Service and Incredible Staff! I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the level of care and attention from the staff. During my stay, I lost my wallet, and the entire team went above and beyond to help me locate it. From the front desk to housekeeping and even the restaurant staff—everyone was genuinely concerned and eager to assist. What truly stood out was how friendly and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and they made me feel welcome and supported during a stressful moment. It’s rare to find a place where the whole team treats you like family. I highly recommend this hotel not just for its comfort and amenities, but for the incredible people who work there. I'm a film nut attending Le Giornate del Cinema Muto. This place is super cool with all sorts of design details youre never going to find anywhere else. The prices are extremely reasonable and the room, although perhaps a little cramped was spotlessly clean. The staff are charming and accommodating even allowing me to take over their groovy egg-shaped downstairs salon to conduct interviews. Im definitely coming back.
