The hotel was good. Breakfast needs ti be improved on food quality and it was to crowded.

this is truly a five star hotel. From the moment you check in you enjoy the premises and the service. You start the check-in with a cocktail, continue with the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The gardens are out of this world. The bathroom is one of the most beautiful ones I’ve seen, and I’ve stayed all over all over the world. It’s close to the Central Park and to many restaurants. It has a beautiful rooftop with food service.

My friends and I loved our stay here! The staff, rooms, and dining were amazing. The pool and jacuzzi can use some TLC and refurbishing, but that’s about the only issue I saw. Great boutique hotel!

Was definitely not a luxury stay or experience. The “best rooms” available are right next to reception where it can be loud especially at 7am. We had no water in our room for 3 hours no one reached out to us, we had to reach out to them to let them know and they look an hour to get back to me and said they didn’t know what was going on. Water damage and mold in bathrooms and used cheap paint to paint over. Offered filtered water in room for drinking that smelled like a fish tank. Lady at front desk absolutely clueless as to what was going out the entire stay. For this price point I’m sure there are better stays else where. Walls are paper thin, you could hear your neighbors farts and conversations. Would not stay here again.
