I tried to check in through the kiosk machine, and two staff members came over, offering to help. They told me there was no reservation under my name ...

It was a good stay, the room was small but pretty clean. The bathtub was really small. I gave 4 stars because it was not a friendly welcome. I wish the people at the front desk will give a more warm welcome but besides that, everything was pretty cool.
