At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by your front desk team, whose kindness and professionalism I truly appreciated. However, I would like to share a few concerns from my stay. During registration, I noticed that my country of origin had been mistakenly recorded as Thailand (THA) instead of Taiwan (TWN). I immediately pointed this out, crossed out the error on the form, and clearly wrote the correct information. The staff assured me that they understood. Yet, upon check-out, the invoice still listed my country incorrectly as THA. For a five-star hotel charging over €200 per night, this kind of detail should not be overlooked. It is not simply a clerical matter, but one of respect for your guests. If the registration process is required, I would expect the information provided to be properly respected and reflected in your system. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the room did not provide a kettle, tea, or coffee—basic amenities that I would expect in a hotel of this category. When I inquired, I was directed to the café where drinks and cakes were available for an additional charge. While I understand your property’s offerings, I believe that in-room coffee or tea facilities are a standard expectation at this level.

Mobilier obsolete, propreté douteuse

Don’t judge a book by its cover. Meaning- the outside of the building and dark entry was off putting. We did have to check in a hotel nearby which was just fine. But be aware. The hallway with the room was spotless and the room nice and clean. Decor could be upgraded but the space was great. There was a closed restaurant below us - in the summer that might be a nuisance
