因奇基斯全包假期

Stay was average. Definitely clutching at a 4 star rating. It's dated decor and bathrooms suites need to be upgraded. No drinking water in the rooms considering the water dispenser outside our room was a wooden box and a unconnected PVC pipe. Had to go to the bar to get bottled water and then was expected to pay! If you have high expectations of what a 4 star hotel is then you need to bring them right down. Mr Macdonald needs to cash inject to update the property it's looking very very tired. Lots of stairs so if you are not good with them or in a wheelchair or have a baby in a pram like us don't bother as the restaurant and bar are up and down stairs. Our dog friendly room also has stairs to access. The female changing rooms has half theights working so you had to get ready in the dark. Our extractor in our bathroom was so noisy. Staff were friendly but a bit all over the place. Just did the job due to our circumstances but definitely don't have high hopes of you think this a luxury 4 star hotel.

接待人員非常客氣，也很認真介紹飯店歷史、環境，甚至幫忙調整用餐時間

I reserved the room for my friend, and I accompanied him to depart to the hotel, as the manager will gave us the password via email then we can enter the hotel ourselves. Overall, he said all are fine except his room is located at the ground floor and he was dare not to open the window for fear that someone could climb into the room easily, however, there was no air-conditioning, which made him feel a bit inconvenient.

Beautiful room, rich beakfast and good service.

A great inn in Edingbrugh. We stay for 3 nights with two rooms. The breakfast is wonderful and the bad is very comfortable. The room is equipped everything we need during our stay. Though no lift to the 2nd floor and 3rd, we still enjoy this small old building. However the street noise can be heard clearly that might put you sleepless whole night, especially over weekend. We could leave lugguages for half day after check out and help make our walking tour on Royal mile easier. Thank you all of staffs there and we entire family really has fun in Scottland.
