Can't recommend this place enough. Love everything about it. Our 3rd time visiting cabo and we've stayed at pueblo bonito sunset all times. The food is great and variety to choose from. The staff is so friendly! If your looking for place to stay pueblo bonito sunset is the best!

We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel staff, seemed overly focused on promoting timeshare properties, which left a negative impression. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again. 我们订的是全包式。入住的时候告知晚餐需要先预约，问哪一家餐厅晚上可以吃海鲜龙虾的，结果去到餐厅所有的龙虾都需要额外付费。早餐是自助餐，选择也不多。唯一值得赞许的是员工的服务态度不错。另外这个地区的所有旅游相关从业人员包括酒店的服务人员都在推销售卖timeshare酒店。感觉不好，不会再来这家酒店了。

Our room was smelling like mold and was not cleaned , when i called and reported they send a person to clean the room and change all bedding around 10:30 pm at night when my kids were sleeping and gave us a dehumidifier .. this was our first day . the third day after our day trip returned to hotel and found my Michael kors watch broken $380 value )and kept in my bedside table . when i found out .. the next i went to file complaint, they asked me to write down the complaint then the security came in our took pictures of my broken 😡 watch , they said they will investigate and get back to me after 72hrs . we stayed for 7 days in ocean riviera paradise resort . on wednesday i went guest services to ask about the results of my broken watch , Spoke to Elias he was very rude to me .. Didn’t even look at me and talk stating “i don’t have any answers “the answer you are looking for is not available “He also dismissed me stating i am not going to talk or explain to you etc , left the guest services with frustration. Food and restaurant staff was very nice 😊. no complaints of food . Beaches are not good and not clean .. lot of sea weed .Eco taxes separate at check out charged around $45 for each room too . i will never go back there with my family .
