The room was cleaned good, but the shower cabin should be renovated. Staff is helpful, polite and hospitable. Breakfast is OK . It would be more convenient if guests could make tea themselves not waiting until waiters ‘d bring it. The last night of our stay was quite noisy because of neighbors who were coming back late and clapping the doors. All in all the rate can be 4,6

My Overall Experience with this Resort while Attending in June was not the Greatest, 1st day was okay when we got to the resort the restaurants were all Reserve only but luckily we still got in to eat, dinner was as usual. For how much you pay for all inclusive I expected restaurants to be first come first serve but anyhow. 2nd day was the same but we had to make reservations for the whole week we stayed. We also had and issues with a door not working and took about 3hours just for it to get back working again was a mind blowing experience. The next day we booked excursions through the hotel, we went to Tulum which was great, However we booked a trip to Chichen Itza and we got up super early for 7am and we never got picked up, Talked to the staff that we booked it through, They stated the pick up dates was messed up and the guy said we could still go but we would have to pay for a taxi, after I said why would I pay when it’s already included, then he said ok let me talk to someone, he said someone can pick you up a Burger King, I said no I want to be picked up at the hotel, he said back after talking with this driver that they can’t do anything anymore. I was not to happy about this especially since it was are last day. I ask for paperwork for a full refund for insurance, 15 business days goes by and never got my refund. 10 more business days go by and still nothing. Hotel is ok but they might not give you your money back or you’ll have to dispute. Rate 5.8/10

We paid for elite service and we got the same service as everyone else, adult section was with kids so it wasn’t only adults, phone in the room didn’t work , remote for the tv didn’t have battery, our swim up pool in the room was dirty, they still had construction work after hours This place was not ready for renew opening and this place was empty
