The staff at front told me the smoke smell had been treated and the hotel was full so no way to change. But next morning when we checked out, I specifically asked if the hotel was full. The answer was no. Actually, it was very empty. So this is the first time I gave a negative comment. Thanks!"

We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the beautiful courtyard and rooftop where we could relax. The staff were very helpful with valet parking and provided everything we needed!"

Breakfast was tasty and plenty of different dishes served to the table. Location is great, near the market, the museums and many eateries. From the terrace we overlooked the Balikligöl Park with the castle behind. Friendly staff. We liked this hotel and would stay here again."
