After a long day, I returned to my room only to find the door ajar. Concerned about the security of my belongings, I inquired about the possibility of reviewing the surveillance footage to identify who had accessed my room. Unfortunately, I was informed that this could not be accommodated.
When I checked out, I was assured that someone would investigate the matter and follow up with me. Regrettably, I have not received any communication since then, which has added to my concerns regarding the security protocols in place.
I genuinely hope this feedback prompts a review of your procedures to prevent similar experiences for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
