During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. Our ocean front room was large, clean and comfy. They don't offer dinner at their very nice indoor restaurant, only breakfast and the bar on the pier wasn't open during normal business hours due to weather, No other places in the area were able to accommodate us by the time we realized and still needed to eat dinner. They also had people paying to park the following day. It just so happened we were in the parking lot and they notified us we needed a parking pass, but I hate to think we would have gotten towed if we just weren't at the right place at the right time. And one of the people we were with ended up paying to park before we realized, which they really shouldn't have had to do considering the amount of money we paid to stay there. Was a little disappointed in lack of communication, especially with such a high priced hotel. Could also use more hooks in the rooms for it being a beach front/pool property, found it hard to dry our items. Small amount of beach front so it fills up fast. We may be back, but would suggest trying some better priced beach front options first.
